1. Do you think that Councils and community members need to have a greater voice in planning and development decisions affecting their local area?
   Local residents and community members are often the most affected individual by planning and development decisions affecting their local area, and hence they need to have a large voice in influencing these decisions. This can extend from decisions regarding the sustainability and need for any developments, being able to have adequate consultation to voice their concerns to the developers or decision-makers and suggest improvements and changes. This has been made even more prominent by recent projects such as the proposed Thebarton Oval Redevelopment.

15. What would your top three priorities be for improving planning policy and outcomes in your local government area?
    Increased public consultation for future projects and planned developments
    A prioritisation of green space and community accessible areas as part of development plans.
    Striking a balance in between protecting heritage and promoting key new developments within West Torrens
