1. What do you think Council's role is in protecting and conserving heritage?
   In identifying, providing property owners and general public with information, holding and preserving records, proving assistance to property owners and the general public, being advocates for heritage, assisting in the preservation of heritage that includes ways in which it's use may help with preservation.

2. What measures and incentives do you support to protect and conserve local heritage?
   Sensitive and appropriate adaptation for use where required for preservation. Stronger laws to assit with listing and preservation. Greater assistance, though products, services and grants to assist individuals and other property owners to preserve and restore heritage.

3. What is the most important heritage protection issue in your local government area?
   Restoration costs and ongoing usage to assist with preservation costs. Former Town Hall. Preservation of individual properties versus rights of owners.

4. What policies and programs will you advocate to protect and conserve heritage in your local area?
   Greater assistance for preservation and restoration. Appropriate ownership to assist with usage leading to better preservation.

5. Do you support local Councils retaining development approval powers for projects over $3m in value?
   Yes.

6. Do you have any other thoughts about the protection of heritage in your Council area?
   Natural heritage is as important as built heritage.
